Four-color Entrapped Binders

Quanta was producing an employee manual and wanted to upgrade the final deliverable. They wasn their logo on a binder to improve the presentation.
After much hunting and determining that four-color silkscreen was somewhat cost prohibitive given their budget, I suggested entrapped binders.
The covers were designed and binder spines were digitally printed and sent off to the binder manufacturer. They 'entrapped' them and returned.
Client received 1.75" vinyl binders that looked completely custom.
Project came in under budget and everyone was happy.
