Direct Mail & PR: HR Seminar

A simple postcard, rich email message and press release promoting a human resources seminar for small business.

Audax Solutions is a client I work with in Buffalo that provides outsourced human resources management services to small- and mid-sized businesses. Audax recently began presenting a series of free educational seminars centering on important HR topics.

They needed some simple promotional tools to help get the word out. I designed and produced some postcards, an HTML e-mail message and a wrote a simple press release.

Email is shown in PC MS Outlook 2002.

Info-Packed CME Meeting Mailer

A direct-mail piece for an educational conference that presents a lot of info in a small space.

A big issue with the NCAFP is fitting all of the information into a format that enables us to use four-color process and stay within budget.

I got creative the the 11x17 format and managed to somehow fit everything in.

Direct Mail Brochure

An oversized promotional direct mailer for a scientific conference. Produced for the NCAFP.

Thanks to resources like iStockPhoto that provide high-quality vector artwork, along with great images, this project came together very quickly. Shots of hotel were downloaded from their corporate web site.

This job was printed in Texas. I did produce about 15 digitally on a copier. Color quality extrenmely consistent.

Meeting Promotional Postcard

A simple promotional postcard announcing scientific meeting led to increased pre-registrations.

Complete design and production, including photography of famous Grove Park Inn. Wrote all promotional copy. Simple savings incentive led to increase in pre-registrations for conference. Programmed associated online registration system.
