Raleigh Realtor Website

Built this site for Jim Mulligan, my favorite Raleigh realtor.
Attempted some new things in relation to marketing/web dev.

Jim Mulligan is my father in-law and a realtor, specializing in presenting buying and selling opportunities in the North Raleigh real market. His site incorporates several advanced features, including data-driven links, reources, and information.

When complete, his presence will also provide a unique system enabling users to view competitve market analysis on a per-neighborhood basis, including extensive sales, buying and trends activity.

Jim maintains and updates major portions of the site with simple database tools included in every Grabers hosting account.

Corporate News Desk Mini-App

A little script that I wrote that drives the Audax Solutions News Desk. It features Email-To-A-Friend, an RSS Feed, printer friendly versions, and other interactive functionality.

Audax felt it might be a good idea to start publishing a variety of news items on their site. I wrote a PHP/MySql script that interacts with a simple 1-table database . Within the db, all images and resources are stored, making each story easy to re-purpose. Admins log into their Control Panel and rely on phpMyAdmin to update. Doing so saved them development time and money.

The key difference with this little script versus others is its use and implementation of user-friendly URLs. This should help spiders to devour the contents more readily - a key to SEO.
