Began As A Copy Shop
Grabers came to life with a little bit of luck and a handful of credit cards in 1996, starting out as a small retail copy shop in the heart of the Elmwood Village in Buffalo, NY. The store offered convenient walk-in copies, faxing and small package shipping services to an eclectic mix of urban residents.
After a successful three-year run, the company shifted focus in 1999 in an effort to better serve its corporate clients.
Grabers began in 1996 as a small copy shop and now provides a complete line of marketing communications services.
Grabers is marketing communications services provider owned and operated by Peter T. Graber. The company began as a retail copy shop on Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo, NY in September of 1996. In early 2002, Peter relocated to Raleigh, NC, where he continues to complete a variety of projects in marketing and corporate communications for a growing clientele.

Payment/Invoicing Policy
The following payment policies cover all types of products and services Grabers offers. Policies have been established to keep overall costs as low as possible. Please direct all questions to Peter Graber at (919) 215-3165.
All Professional and Creative Services -
- All Invoices Net 30 - Invoicing for all professional and creative services is Net 30. Final service fees will not exceed figures quoted within proposal or RFQ. Past due invoices are subject to additional finance charges.
All Printing, Graphic Arts and Specialty Products -
- 25% Down / Cash on Delivery (COD) - Invoicing for all printing products requires a deposit of 25% of the fee quoted. Most projects are drop shipped and must be paid in advance by check or credit card. Final service fees will not exceed figures quoted.
- High Volume Invoicing - Grabers creates client accounts after the value of purchases has exceeded $10,000 USD in value. These accounts are invoiced on a net 30 day basis and do not require deposits.
- Past Due Invoices - These are charged 1.5% in interest per month on the outstanding balance. If collection action is taken, any and all legal fees, court costs and fees to collect, shall be paid by the client.
